The NBC 4 Health and Fitness Expo is this weekend, January 12-13, 2008 | 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.  The expo is full of demonstrations and exhibitors.  The demonstrations are from healthy cooking to Belly-dancing.  A few of the exhibitors are the American Heart Association,  Care-First Blue-Cross Blue-Shield, and more than 100 more exhibitors.  Free screenings will be available for blood pressure, cholesterol, depression, diabetes, and nutritionists.  Many mores screening services are available as well.  Some of the demonstrations include line dancing, cooking, Olympics demo and many more.  You can check out the website to find schedules of these events.  Not only will they have plenty to look at and do at the expo but there will also be plenty of giveaways as well.  Some of these giveaways include free memberships to gyms, gift cards, and a Universal Orlando Resort Vacation.  The 2008 Health and Fitness Expo is a must see.
