With the military PCS season in full swing, I thought that I would provide a fews stats on the status of available homes on MilitaryByOwner’s Quantico, Virginia page.  During this post I will focus on houses available to rent in Stafford.  Currently their are 749 properties available for rent on the Quantico Marine Base page searching on (State – Virginia, Status – Rent, Base – Quantico).  Since not all of the homes on the Quantico page are in Stafford, we need to do a little more refining of our search.  MilitaryByOwner’s search form on the home page has the ability to filter by by both city and zip code.  I will do a few searches and provide the actual resulting links to the filtered results.  Refining the search (State – Virginia, Status – Rent, Base – Quantico, City – Stafford)  reveals 152 houses to rent in Stafford, Virgina.  If you are familiar with the layout of Stafford zip codes you can refine your search further by identifying 127 homes for rent in the 22554 zip code and 22 in the 22556 zip code. 

   There are clearly many other variables you can use to filter your search results.  The most popular is probably the rental price range.  However, you can also filter by the number of bedrooms, availability date, home type, and ad number if you know it.  Even if your are not on the hunt for a rental property right now, please take a look at the properties available in Stafford for rent.  You probably have a friend or an inbound future co-worker that will appreciate your tip.
