How does it work? If you are already in the lobby, just provide the “We Care Specialist” with your contact phone number (mobile phone number is usually the best), stay within a reasonably short drive back to NextCare, and they will call you when your exam room is ready – it’s that simple! If you are at home or work, simply “check in” with NextCare online via www.nextcare.com/wahoo, click on the big WAHOO icon and follow the online directions. After completing the online WAHOO registration, they will call you at your preferred phone number to confirm online check-in and the chosen location and let you know that an exam room is ready – just for you!
No web access? No problem!
Just call 1-888-306-5310 and tell the NextCare representative that you want to take advantage of WAHOO; they will take it from there. After completing a simple pre-registration process, you can wait comfortably and conveniently for the call from NextCare saying “Your exam room is ready!” and then just hurry into NextCare to start feeling better, quickly.

All NextCare locations are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sundays 8:00 to 4:00 p.m.
