Hot 99.5 is looking for the most adorable babies in DC! Only one can be crowned champ of the Battle of the Babies…and this is your chance to claim that top spot along with $1,000 cash! The registration deadline is Monday, April 27th at 5pm…make sure you upload your baby before then!
Here’s how it works:
- Your baby MUST be 24 months old or younger as of 4/20/09!
- You can upload your baby’s photo below from now until 5PM on Monday, 4/27/09.
- Fill out the entry form COMPLETELY…YOU ONLY HAVE ONE CHANCE TO ENTER!
- Don’t hit UPLOAD until you’re SURE you’ve selected the right photo to enter!
- You must agree to the Release Agreement (link below) and fax completed Release Agreement to 240-747-3899.
- We CANNOT post your baby’s photo without a completed and signed Release Agreement (link below).
- Incomplete entries will NOT be eligible for the contest.
How the competition will work:
- We’ll take submissions from 4/20/09 through 4/27/09 at 5PM.
- On Friday, 5/1, we’ll post ALL the eligible entries we’ve received in no particular order.
- Using our Patent-Pending HOT 99.5 “Rate-A-Baby” system, you’ll be able to cast your vote daily until Noon on 5/7/09.
- We’ll start narrowing down from the Top 50 to the Top 2 from 5/8/09 through 5/21/09.
Almost there… but first, a couple important things we need you to know:
- Voting is limited to one vote per verified All Access Club account. If a finalist receives multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, the Station reserves the right to disqualify the finalist in its sole discretion.
