Manassas Ballet Hosts a “Salute to the Military”

Manassas Ballet Presents the Nutcracker

When you hear “Nutcracker”, does it invoke dreams of sugar plum fairies? The Nutcracker is a holiday favorite for people of all ages and this is a great time to share the experience with the next generation.

The Manassas Ballet Theatre is hosting a “Salute to the Military” onDecember 8, 2011and will offer all active duty, National Guard and Reserve personnel one free ticket to their presentation of the Nutcracker. Friends and family that accompany will receive a 20% discount off of the regular ticket prices of $35 – $55.

The evening will not only include ballet, but will honor all wounded warriors and will pay tribute to each of the services by playing their service anthems. What a great way to start a beautiful evening. Stay after the show to enjoy a reception with the ballet company.
